Andy Kaufman
Andy Kaufman was a jewish mind controlled actor-comedian of elite family Kaufman, used in the media industry and New Age religion to normalise Multiple Personality Disorder. He played the archetype of the Fool, the Joker, which represent Jesus Christ (JC), the Moonchild William. Like Charlie Kaufman and Michel Gondry, his work often uses the postmodern play within play concept of William Shakespeare's The Tempest (blur fantasy-reality). |
He was educated at Great Neck North High School like Francis Ford Coppola, Steve Cohen (Point 72), Peter Diamandis (Singularity University), Trevor Engelson (ex-husband of Meghan Markle).
He performed at the Improv club of Budd Friedman (Richard Pryor, Larry David, Dustin Hoffman, Jay Leno, Robin Williams, Bill Cosby, Jeff Dunham, George Carlin, Bill Hicks, Bill Maher, David Letterman, Steve Martin, Jerry Seinfeld, Liza Minelli, Joe Rogan).
He would perform his Mighty Mouse routine and imitate Elvis Presley. He had an alter ego named Tony Clifton (Clifton New Jersey=headquarter of the Order of Jesters). His manager George Shapiro (NYU) was also the agent of Jerry Seinfeld.
From 1975 he appeared in NBC show Saturday Night Live.
From 1978 he played in ABC show Taxi with Danny DeVito, Christopher Lloyd (both in One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest with Joker Jack Nicholson), Jeff Conway (Scientology) and Martha Smith (Playboy, married to the son of Mel Blanc), produced by Barry Diller (married to Diane von Fürstenberg). Showrunner Sam Simon (married to Jennifer Tilly and Playboy model Jamie Ferrell) later co-created The Simpsons.
He often appeared on NBC show Late Night with David Letterman. He staged a media feud with wrestler Jerry Lawler (The King, Rite of Memphis, WWE of McMahons) and Jimmy Hart (agent of Hulk Hogan). He wrestled with women like Debbie Harry.
He practiced yoga and meditation. He lived with Elayne Boosler, who also lived with Robin Williams and married Bill Siddon, manager of The Doors.
He performed at Carnegie Hall with Robin Williams who played his mother. He made The Andy Kaufman Show for PBS. He appeared on NBC show Van Dycke and Company with Dick Van Dycke, Good Morning America, The Miss Piggy Show (Muppets of Jim Henson) and ABC show Fridays.
He experimented with the audience perception of real and staged, including his death, perceived by some as a hoax (death and rebirth of Horus in the Aeon of Horus).
His daughter was Maria Bellu-Colonna.
In 1999 Milos Forman (OFOTCN) directed Man on the Moon with Jim Carrey as Kaufman with Danny DeVito, Paul Giamatti, Courtney Love (widow of Kurt Cobain), Vincent Schiavelli and music by R.E.M.
The media image of Eminem (Man on the Moon=MNM, alter ego Slim Shady) contained references to Kaufman (impersonation of Elvis in Without Me).
