Chelsea Hotel is a hotel at 23d street in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York, built in 1883, used by the CIA to program mind controlled celebrities of the Beatnik and hippie counterculture of the 50's and 60's (projects in Laurel Canyon, Haight-Ashbury, Greenwich Village, Chelsea London) and program Punk Rock in the 70's. |
