Egon von Fürstenberg was the son of Tassilo zu Fürstenberg and Clara Agnelli, daughter of Umberto Agnelli (Fiat, CFR). He was educated at Le Rosey.
Their son Alexander Fürstenberg married Alexandra Miller (also Le Rosey, sister of jesuit Pia Getty and Marie-Chantal Glucksburg) in a jesuit church. Their daughter Talita was educated at jesuit school Georgetown and NYU.
She studied at the University of Geneve Switzerland (like Kofi Anan, Klaus Schwab). In NY she worked with Diane Vreeland (Harper's Bazaar), who was related to Pauline Rothschild, worked with Wallis Simpson and Andy Warhol model Edie Sedgewick. Vreeland's daughter married Hugh Waldorf Astor. Diane is related to Coco Brandolini, who also worked for Harper's Bazaar.
She worked with Gloria Vanderbilt, Naomi Campbell, Kendra Spears (married to Iranian prince Rahim Aga Khan), Kendall Jenner,... She collaborated with the Vital Voices Foundation with Hilary Diane Clinton, Melanne Verveer (jesuit school Georgetown, CFR) jesuit Madeleine Albright.

She was chairman of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, founded by Rudi Gernreich (partner of Harry Hay, Swinging London project) and Ben Zuckerman (designer of jesuit Jackie Kennedy, who dated Gianni Agnelli).
Her daughter Tatiana Fürstenberg studied at NYU and posed for Madonna's book Sex. She owns the former home of Norman Mailer (Greenwich Village). She posed for Richard Avedon (The New School, Harper's Bazaar) for Egoiste magazine.
With Francesca Gregorini (daughter of Bond girl Barbara Bach, stepdaughter of Ringo Starr), she produced the Truth About Emmanuel with Jessica Biel and Alfred Molina. Gregorini is used to push the gay agenda with Portia de Rossi, partner of Ellen DeGeneres.
