The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) is a think tank, founded in 2007, as the European counterpart of the Council on Foreign Relations ( headquartered in New York). It has its headquarters in Berlin Germany and is funded by Soros' Open Society Foundations. | ![]() |
