| The eugenics agenda is an agenda of the Saturn cult to control human DNA and bloodlines. The term was coined by Francis Galton, half-cousin of Charles Darwin. The Darwinist agenda was pushed by the Huxley family (Thomas Henry Huxley) in Britain and Ernst Haeckel in Germany. Burt was vice-president of the Progressive League of Fabian HG Wells with Bertrand Russell, Aldous Huxley, CEM Joad, Barbara Wooton (British Sociological Association), Kingsley Martin (The New Statesman of Fabian Society). It was based on Wells' book The Open Conspiracy (agenda of the Left Wing Church).
Burt taught Hans Eysenck (books on IQ and race) at University College London.
