Igor Stravinsky was a Russian composer of classical music, used to recreate the Greek cult of Dionysus and Pan in modern art. He studied under Nikolaj Rimsky-Korsakov. He created pieces The Firebird (1910, phoenix symbolism), Petrushka (1911) and The Rite of Spring (1913) for the Ballet Russes of Sergei Diaghilev and Léon Bakst Rosenberg in Paris. The sets and costumes of his pieces were designed by Nicolas Roerich of the Theosophical Society. The media coverage was in hands of Edward Bernays, cousin of Sigmund Freud. |

Pablo Picasso and his wife Olga Khoklava also worked for the Ballet Russes.
Roerich was supported by Henry Wallace, US vice-president. Stravinsky moved to France in 1920 and met with Coco Chanel.
In 1927 his piece Oedipus Rex (incest, complex described by Sigmund Freud) premiered, with libretto of Jean Cocteau, supported by Winoretta Singer (sewing machine company, gay-lesbian agenda, friend of Crowley's muse Isadora Duncan).
He was supported by Edward Waldo Forbes (S&B family) when he moved to LA in 1939 and met with writers WH Auden (gay agenda), Christopher Isherwood and Aldous Huxley. Auden's circle consisted of Aleister Crowley, Allen Ginsberg, JP Sartre, WB Yeats (HOGD), Stephen Spender (friend of André Malraux CCF). He wrote the libretto for The Rake's Progress.
In 1940 The Rite of Spring was used in Disney programming film Fantasia.
In 1948 he composed a ballet Orpheus and was on the cover of Time magazine.
In 1962 he met JFK at a celebration of his 80th birthday at the White House.
He wrote Elegy for JFK in 1964. Ezra Pound was buried near him.
